From the Customer: I can honestly say that I feel like Citywide remodeling saved the day! November of 2022, our house was struck by a vehicle and we incurred a great deal of damage. Prior to this vehicle impact, we were saving our money with plans to remodel our master bath and kitchen. We started the process of help with our damage and this was quite frustrating. After multiple attempts with various construction companies and contractor’s, we recalled hearing information about Citywide from the Toby Tobin radio show.

Citywide responded promptly and Carl came to look at our home within a week. He was able to refer us to HL Restoration to assist us with the home damage and they were incredible.

We then decided to use Citywide for the remodel. I had dread regarding this whole process and how it would go. We were so pleased from start to finish. A few small glitches along the way which is to be expected. However, the follow up and minor resolutions needed were promptly resolved.

Each employee involved in the process could not have been more pleasant. We loved the fact that the project did not begin until everything needed was available and on site. This shortens the process which is so wonderful for people attempting to live in the home during construction. We were able to completely trust each and every person entering our home as we both work full time. They kept our home locked and secured and we never had to worry.
